Description:
TREC Vitality Melatonin is a food supplement containing 1 mg of melatonin per capsule. Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that regulates sleep and wake cycles. This product is intended for people who experience difficulties falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, or adapting to time zone changes, such as frequent travelers or shift workers.
Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin, titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin (0.2%).
The product may contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, eggs, peanuts, and nuts.
Usage:
Take 1 capsule with about 150–200 ml of water, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, in a tightly closed container. Avoid consuming alcohol while using this product.
