Ingredients
Maltodextrin (69%), glucose (14%), whey protein concentrate (from milk) (8%), flavorings, color (ammonia caramel), creatine monohydrate (2.28%), taurine (2%), L-glycine (2%), thickener (cellulose gum), salt, color (carotenes), beetroot juice powder (for coloring), acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).
Recommended Use
Dissolve 3.5 scoops (100 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume in the morning, before or after a workout.
