Returns
All products purchased from the Fitbar.ee online store are subject to return rules and warranty in accordance with Estonian legislation.
The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as provided by law (Section 56 of the Law of Obligations Act).
Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must notify us of their intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt via email at info@fitbar.ee. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement (e.g., by email) to info@fitbar.ee about their decision to withdraw from the contract. Customers can use a free-form withdrawal statement.
The withdrawal statement must include:
- Customer’s contact details.
- Product size, model, and manufacturer name.
- Reason for returning the product.
- Photos.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (up to a maximum of €10 in accordance with VÕS § 194, Section 4), unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect product.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product, Fitbar.ee will evaluate it and may process a refund within 10 calendar days.
Complaints and Claims
Customers may send any complaints to info@fitbar.ee. Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with your contact information in the email. Our team will respond to your complaint within 3 business days.
The customer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or the Consumer Disputes Committee if the complaint concerns a purchase valued at more than €20. The Consumer Disputes Committee resolves complaints free of charge.
Claims Process
If products purchased from Fitbar.ee have defects for which Fitbar.ee is responsible, we will replace the defective product. If replacement is not possible, Fitbar.ee will refund the defective product, including any fees related to the purchase agreement.
Fitbar.ee will respond to consumer complaints in written or reproducible form within 14 days.
